CME Exchange Fee Increase (Effective February 1, 2024)

Effective February 1, 2024, Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (“CME”), The Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (“CBOT”), New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”), and Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“COMEX”) (collectively, the “Exchanges”) will adjust transaction fees as described in the tables below.

Transaction (Exchange) fees for CME/CBOT EQUITY PRODUCTS will be adjusted as follows effective February 1, 2024:  Contracts / Symbols (ES, YM, NQ, RTY) - all other symbols remain the same.

Per contract - Exchange Fee > Changes from $1.33 to $1.38

Transaction (Exchange) fees for NYMEX ENERGY PRODUCTS will be adjusted as follows effective February 1, 2024: Contracts / Symbols (NG, CL, HO, RB) - all other symbols remain the same.

Per contract - Exchange Fee > Changes from $1.50 to $1.60

Transaction (Exchange) fees for COMEX E-Mini METALS PRODUCTS will be adjusted as follows effective February 1, 2024: Contracts / Symbols (QC, QI, QO) - all other symbols remain the same.

Per contract - Exchange Fee > Changes from $0.75 to $1.00

Transaction (Exchange) fees for COMEX / NYMEX METALS PRODUCTS will be adjusted as follows effective February 1, 2024: Contracts / Symbols (GC, HG, PL, SI) - all other symbols remain the same.

Per contract - Exchange Fee > Changes from $1.55 to $1.60
